Head of Commercial Supply Chain

In order to support business growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Head of Commercial Supply Chain** to join our Global Supply Chain team. This pivotal role involves driving and standardizing supply chain processes across various regions, acting as a business partner to commercial operations, and managing a team of regional supply chain managers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Transversal Management and Leadership**: Design and manage a network of regional supply chain managers, provide guidance for process standardization, propose organizational adjustments, and promote supply chain activities within countries/regions.
- ** Regional Sales and Operations Planning**: Implement the regional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, lead governance forums, set demand and supply parameters, and develop market inventory strategies.
- ** Demand and Supply Management**: Oversee countries demand consensus processes, develop market demand understanding, ensure proper demand propagation, and manage supply and inventory policies to balance cost optimization and service level at every market
- ** Product Life Cycle and Continuous Improvement**: Oversee product launches and withdrawals in partnership with global organization, align with regulatory affairs, promote pruning processes, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in supply chain (Engineering degree and/or Bachelor of Commerce).
- Extensive experience in supply chain, with additional background in market supply chain considered advantageous.
- Experience working in an international environment within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in ERP and APS systems (SAP and Kinaxis is a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
