**Project Manager F/M** Location: Paris or London**

**Missions**
- Manage Lumapps implementation for our strategic customers working with other members of the professional services (designers, solution engineers, training instructor) and other LumApps teams (product, engineering, Customer Success).
- Accountable for the Professional Services statement of work and agreements (quality, timeline and budget).
- Deliver the LumApps workshops with your customers and define the project specifications.
- Manage the platform configuration and technical integration working with Solution Engineers.
- Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects, ensuring PMO and projects committees.
- Manage scope and mitigate risk across your projects working closely with other LumApps teams (product, Customer Success, etc.)
- Act as a LumApps expert making recommendations to optimize LumApps effectiveness and adoption.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 5+ years relevant work experience in the SaaS Industry as a Project Manager or an Implementation Consultant.
- Knowledge of Digital workplace or Employee Experience Platform(s) (Microsoft, Google, Jive, Jalios, Powell) is a plus
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
- Ability to make decisions and drive your customer to focus on their Business objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and resources to successfully deliver your customers.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing customer requirements
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Native English speaker to work mainly with our UK / Ireland Customers
- French language is a plus
