**Bodycote**, world leader in heat treatment of metals, is recruiting a **Plant Quality Technician** for its Condé (14) site.
**Your main tasks**:
As a Quality Technician, you will lead the plant's Quality Management System (QMS), ensure production compliance and promote continuous improvement (production, processes, systems) in compliance with quality and EHS procedures. As such, your missions include:
- Lead the plant's Quality system and make proposals to maintain and improve the site's level of performance.
- Handle customer complaints or internal non-conformities and ensure the effectiveness of actions taken.
- Carry out internal audits and workstation audits.
- Ensure monthly quality reporting and monitor and update internal documentation.
- Determine technical and quality feasibility, and define and modify associated internal instructions.
**Expertise required**:
**ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 and 45001 quality standards**
**Management of the quality management system**
**Conducting/reporting audits**
**Profile required**:
- Knowledge of metals and heat treatment of materials
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 13485 and 45001 standards
- Good writing skills and ability to communicate well with customers
- Proficiency in office automation (Excel, Word, PWT....)
- Notions of English
- Rigorous, organized, committed and ready to take on responsibility and multi-skilling.
