**Your role's mission**:
As a Video Producer at Pelico, your mission is to own, end-to-end, the production of video content that elevates Pelico’s brand, strengthens our presence at key events, and drives adoption through impactful customer storytelling.

You will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing high-quality video assets across the entire funnel, working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Field Marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce, film, and edit short-form content to drive top-of-funnel reach & engagement
- Capture and assemble event highlight videos that amplify Pelico’s presence
- Produce customer storytelling assets (before/after, testimonials, case study clips)
- Own end-to-end video production: concept, capture, edit, delivery
- Maintain a consistent visual identity & brand tonality across all video formats
- Manage and structure raw footage / archives to enable reuse & scalability
- Actively experiment with new formats, transitions, pacing, and storytelling angles

Location : You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years experience in video production / editing in tech, agency or B2B environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form content + event + testimonial formats
- High proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or equivalent)
- Ability to film autonomously (camera operation, audio basics, lighting basics)
- Strong sense of narrative rhythm, pacing, emotion & storytelling impact
- Ability to work fast, iterate, and deliver under tight timelines
- Cross-functional collaboration mindset with Product, Sales & Marketing
- Proactive, experimental, suggestion-driven, not just execution-driven
