**Native-level** English speaker (mother tongue or C2 certified)
- **Qualified**English teacher with a CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL or other TEFL certification
- Have some previous teaching **experience**:

- Proactive, positive, flexible, empathetic and professional

We expect our teachers to:

- Participate in **training**and be willing to grow and improve as a teacher, adapting to our fun, communicative method
- Be available **3 or 4 evenings a week**, and on some **Saturday mornings**:

- Participate in **team meetings**and be an active team member
- Participate in **school events**, sharing ideas and running their own events
- Report on our students and give feedback about them to improve their learning experience
- Bring a **positive attitude** to work
