As a fast-growing and extremely creative brand, we’re facing several challenges in terms of product development. Fragrance team being our core business with Fragrances, candles, homecare and body care, we really need to find a solid expert in product development & a brilliant project leader. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** **Product development** - Engage in strategic thinking and develop an insightful product plan for the fragrance category - Bring relevant, creative, and innovative the Chief Creative Officer, based on BYREDO DNA, fragrance business potential and personal expertise. Develop these scents directly with Jérôme Epinette, our nose. - Suggest packaging design ideas to the CCO and oversee the design with our in-house design studio based in Stockholm - Oversee every detail of product development with our development and production partners in conjunction with the purchasing and supply team - Build and recommend a strategy for every new category initiative - Work on price positioning market analysis, COGS/margin analysis etc. - Interact and regularly communicate with other services: press, marketing and trade marketing, training etc. - Manage a trainee. **Analysis & watch - Analyse the performance of your fragrance category and then make recommendations for an action plan - Monitor sector trends, creative benchmark - Analyse the competition **Supplier watch** - Sourcing of suitable suppliers in conjunction with the purchasing and supply team: formula and packaging - Monitor new and innovative products released by suppliers in the sector. - This is a non-exhaustive list._ **Your key interlocutors for all of the above**: **Internal**: - Studio in Stockholm - Supply team to development the products - Marketing 360°/ Communication, training, go-to-market teams **External**: - Nose - Packaging suppliers - External consultants. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER** - You are ready to challenge the traditional ways of doing. - Your interpersonal, creative and persuasion skills, along with a solid sense of rigor, will pave the road to success in this job. - You are creative, ambitious, dynamic.
