C++/rust Software Engineer

**Your mission**:
- Push our C++ codebase to its limits — performance, stability, and clarity
- Optimize memory use, real-time responsiveness, and multithreading
- Build low-latency networking (e.g. gRPC, ZeroMQ, DDS) for real-time ops
- Harden the system against failures and external threats
- Implement secure communication and anti-spoofing mechanisms
- Collaborate closely with a small team of top-tier engineers across embedded, AI, and robotics
**Your profile**:
- Deep C++ mastery (modern C++, performance tuning, debugging, real-world deployment)
- Rust experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with real-time systems and concurrency
- Solid instincts for reliability, safety, and secure coding
- Fast execution, high standards, zero ego
**Nice to have**
- Experience with AI/ML for autonomous UAV decision-making
