Hello, nous c’est DIGIT Nous sommes une entreprise de services du numérique basée à Rouen et à Paris.

Notre rôle est d’accompagner nos clients dans leurs projets informatiques en proposant des prestations intellectuelles de Développement Logiciel et de Business Intelligence. Nous déployons nos expertises en assistance technique, au sein des équipes clientes ou en forfait dans notre centre de production.

**Le poste**:
Actuellement, nous recherchons un **Lead Data Engineer** pour venir renforcer l'équipe de notre client.

**Votre mission consistera à**:

- Focaliser 100% sur le développement Python, en veillant à l'optimisation, la réutilisabilité, et les patterns de conception.
- Être le garant de l'excellence en matière de tests unitaires, tests d'intégration, et préparer le terrain pour les QA Testers.
- Auditer le code existant pour identifier les améliorations possibles et élever le niveau technique de toute l'équipe.
- Collaborer étroitement avec un architecte Cloud, en vous assurant que les développements s'intègrent parfaitement dans l'infrastructure GCP, tout en définissant clairement les limites de chaque rôle.
- Participer activement aux code reviews au sein des 5 squads Data, garantissant la qualité et la cohérence à travers toutes les initiatives.

**Expertise souhaitée**
- Expertise en Python avec une solide expérience en développement logiciel.
- Compétences avancées en tests unitaires, tests d'intégration, et assurance qualité.
- Expérience significative en tant que mentor et leader technique, capable de stimuler une équipe vers l'excellence.
- Familiarité avec les opérations et infrastructures Cloud, en particulier GCP.
- Autonomie, sens aigu du service et capacité à travailler dans un environnement collaboratif et dynamique.
- Expérience précédente en audit de code et identification d'améliorations.

Rémunération : 35 000,00€ à 45 000,00€ par an
