The Project Planner/Scheduler uses knowledge and skills to solve complex and unique problems.

The PPS establishes priorities for the completion of tasks and judgment to interpret internal and external issues by developing best practices. He/She relies upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of project controls to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and project strategy.

Your main task will be to:

- Drive effective execution of Planning and Scheduling services on one or several projects.
- Actively interfaces with engineering leads, procurement specialists, and field execution personnel to develop resource loaded detailed integrated EPC schedules.
- Proactively interacts with engineering leads, procurement specialists, and field execution personnel to reach schedule performance status for including into integrated project performance reporting.
- Provide resources charts and schedule status analysis to project team.
- Provide project priorities to project team members to drive project completion.
- Actively participate in identifying negative trends and corrective action recommendations to project manager and team members.
- Perform project schedule forecasting and reporting.
- 5+ years scheduling/planning experience on engineering/construction projects.
- Project Controls experience related to Project FEED, Detailed Design and Construction.
- Advanced working knowledge of Primavera P6 required with expert knowledge preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating interactive Planning Sessions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Skill should include pivot tables, formulas, chart creation and managing large data files).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function within a project team.
- Fluency in French and English.
