Corporate SAP Head

Your main missions:
- Coordination of SAP resources, the team being divided between internal and external resources based at the corporate facility and also on sites
- Analysis and evaluation of SAP business processes and business requirements
- Identify best practices and coordinate the support of current and new sites deployments for all modules
- Evaluate and implement synergies across the countries for different activities
- Guaranty the SAP global coherence, including being a decision maker on evolution
- Interact with the business and being able to understand the needs, but also challenge them
- Lead and/or participate to upcoming SAP projects
- Add value to solve problems in SAP
- Understanding, evaluating and ensuring that processes or/and projects are implemented in line with the pharmaceutical policies
- Coordinate steering commitment with AMS partner and internal SAP resources
**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:
- Minimum experience of 5 years running an SAP team, with or without consulting background
- SAP know-how in supply chain, production and quality area
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, facilitation and organizational skills
- Capacity to challenge the business
- Project management skills
- Capacity to analyse and formalize demands
- Problem solving skills
- Customer oriented approach
- High level of initiative
- Pharma/cosmetic experience is of an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
- Fluent English imperative
