- Equipe à taille humaine dédiée aux transactions TMT (lancée fin 2017) comptant plus de 120 professionnels dans le monde dont 40 en Europe et 7 en France
- Forte dynamique de croissance, notamment du nombre de transactions closées (3ème acteur dans le monde en 2023 selon Mergermarket)
- Focus sur le mid-market (sweet spot EV 50-500m€), scope d’intervention large (sell-side, LBO, levées de fonds, buy-side)
- Grande variété des sous-secteurs couverts avec expertise particulière sur les sujets BtoB software, IT services, telecoms et cybersecurity
**Vos Missions**:
Vous rejoignez l'équipe Tech /TMT de Lincoln International à Paris en tant qu'analyste full-time;
- Participation aux travaux liés à l’origination et à l’exécution de mandats de cession, d’acquisition, de fusion, d’opérations à effet de levier (LBO) et levées de fonds;
- Participation à la rédaction de présentations commerciales (« pitchs ») et de la documentation marketing dans le cadre des mandats (information memoranda etc.) ;
- Recherches et veilles sectorielles : collecte d'informations sur les sociétés cibles, analyse de marché, positionnement concurrentiel, etc. ;
- Analyse de secteurs d’activité et évaluation financière d’entreprises (DCF, multiples) ;
- Participation à tous les travaux liés à l’exécution des mandats.
Grande École de commerce ou d’ingénieur, vous avez au moins une première expérience en Banque d’Affaires, Audit, Transaction Services ou en Fonds d’Investissement.
Vous avez de solides connaissances financières (comptabilité, analyse financière, méthodes d’évaluation des sociétés, etc.) et une forte capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction, vous permettant de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
Vous avec un niveau excellent en français (écrit et oral), vous maîtrisez l’anglais courant (écrit et oral) et les outils informatiques essentiels à ce métier.
Vous avez un intérêt fort à l’apprentissage de techniques, de méthodes d’organisation et de réflexes professionnels essentiels.
Vous êtes créatif(ve) et capable de présenter des idées susceptibles de s’inscrire dans la stratégie de développement des clients de la société.
Vous disposez de qualités relationnelles et d’une aptitude à gérer, à terme, des relations professionnelles de haut niveau, tant en français qu’en anglais.
Votre rigueur, votre sens de l’organisation et de la recherche de l’excellence vous animent.
