MARKETING & COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR

YOUR MISSIONS

Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, your duties will center on the following assignments:
Developing and overseeing MARCOM activities, both online and offline:

- Contribute to creating and updating marketing and communication materials.
- Develop, modify, and distribute print and digital sales support tools/materials (brochures, marketing presentation templates) in alignment with EC International Group's graphic charter.
- Keep information on our website up to date and communicate our latest news.
- Manage and track the performance of our website and social media channels.

Event Management:

- Execute and coordinate trade shows/events in Europe.
- Handle logistics with external suppliers before, during, and after the trade show (registration, travel, material shipment, setup).
- Create point-of-sale (POS) materials customized for each market (stand dressing, banners, videos).
- Enhance our visibility and provide post-event reports, evaluations, and recommendations based on ROI.
- Organize the annual team-building event.

Analyze and manage results:

- Participate in monitoring, ensuring compliance, and updating marketing and communication budgets.
- Implement, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators for promotional marketing campaigns.
- Measure the results of various initiatives and optimize outcomes by implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct research on new communication methods and techniques used in the market.

YOUR PROFILE

With a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing and communication, you have proven experience in a similar role.
- Solution-oriented, you enjoy working both independently and in a team.
- Display great creativity and strong writing skills.
- Possess a strategic, synthesis-oriented mindset with a client/result orientation.
- Dynamic, rigorous, curious, and assertive, you demonstrate empathy and collective intelligence.
- Proficient in operational and digital marketing, print and digital communication, and proficiency in the Adobe suite
- Previous experience in the industry is a plus.
- English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Spanish, Italian, or German is advantageous.

Travel is expected depending on the location of events.
