**Lengow**, an intelligent and automated e-commerce platform. Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.
We are looking for a highly motivated **Social Media Intern** to manage our social media platforms and to increase brand awareness through this. You will need to implement the social media strategy fixed by Lengow’s content team and give creative insight into topics to be included in Lengow's editorial calendar and seek creative ways to spread the company's message or product.
Your **main tasks** would be as follows:
- Oversee our **French and English **social media platforms.
- Work alongside the content team to create a plan for **social media strategies** monthly.
- Monitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the **terminology **used to images posted.
- Find **creative ways to engage** with the audience & interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages.
- Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on our social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of an **editorial calendar** which is respected by everyone in the company; you are the “gatekeeper”
- Help create content as dictated by the monthly editorial calendar to promote sales, blogs and products.
**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:
**Experiences**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.
- Experience in previous internships with social media (familiar social media).
- Entry level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
**Skills & soft skills**
- English and French native speaking proficiency.
- Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as HubSpot or Hootsuite.
- Comfortable with working with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- General knowledge of SEO and internet ranking for web content.
- Ability work alongside a diverse and multicultural group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once.
