**About the role**
- About the role:
- As Payroll Manager France, you will manage our French payroll team of 7 professionnal payroll officers ans all staeholder relations amongst the clients of the Shared Services Center Payroll France. In this role, you will oversee and maintain a reliable payroll process. You will be expected to spot and implement process improvements, cost effective efficiency gains, build a high level of stakeholder satisfaction and employee engagement.- The main tasks for a Payroll Manager:
- Play a key role in leading, organizing and monitoring reliable and timely monthly payroll processing and reporting for all companies ( approx 1600 office and factory workers, international mobility files, in compliance with all laws and corporate policies ans procedures
- Manage change in legislation and implement them into systems ans payroll processes while developping automation opportunities
- implementation of comp and ben projects for the French region in close cooperation with the Regional and Group coe Total Rewards
- produce and analyze meaningful KPI s, dashboard an analytics to measure and improve performance, including implementing action plans
- responsible for building ra reliable set of internal controls and the preparation of external and internal audit activities related to payroll processes and reporting
- act as a SSCpoint of contact for urgent matters and escalations in addition to partnering with internal and external stakeholders, aligning client expectations while ensuring solid relationships ( local HR managers, Divisional HR Business Partners, Compensation and Benefits Team...)
- defing, shaping, leading and delivering payroll projects
- drive team engagement through strong leadership principles and pro-active interpersonal communication, building a well organized, structured and services oriented payroll organization.

**About you**
- Proven experience in a similar role- Strong background in French payroll, social legislation, and corresponding reporting.- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve, use technology to improve team efficiency- Excellent leadership and facilitation skills- Impactful communication & presentation skills to lead and influence others across organizational levels- Demonstrated change/project management skills by establishing priorities, delivering & committing to action plans- IT savviness & highly experienced in Microsoft Office Suite is a must- Experience in Shared Service models & knowledge of any payroll tool preferred- You are fluent in French & English, written as well as spoken.**Benefits of working at Etex**
