Business Solution Manager

**Job summary**: The Business Solutions Manager is responsible for identifying and implementing technology solutions that enhance business operations and drive growth. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their needs and develop solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness. **Who are you?** - **Education skills.** Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. French C1 level, English B2 level as a minimum, Spanish / Portugues B2 level is a plus. - **Specific skills.** Good level of local & English language and writing, planning & organisation (time management), presentation and communication skills, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), change management practices, IT project management principles and cycles, proficiency in Office products and relevant software tools - **Relevant work experience.** > 3 years’ experience in automotive/remarketing branch, project management, process improvement, cross departmental collaboration **Specific tasks to be executed in this job**: **1. Provide support to customers by**: - Conduct live demonstrations to show how our products or services work, ensuring customers understand their features and benefits. - Identify areas where customers can improve their processes using our products or services and suggest possible enhancements. - Assist customers in making and implementing change requests to tailor our products or services to better fit their needs. **2. Supporting sales team**: - Attend and co-lead meetings that track project progress and plan upcoming activities. - Prepare and distribute reports and analyses, as well as advising on follow-up actions to be taken based on the findings. - Identify areas where (internal) processes can be improved and ensure these improvements are implemented. - Keep the team informed about important trends and changes in the automotive market that could impact the business. - Assist team members with using software tools effectively to improve productivity. **3. Implement and monitor processes and procedures**: - Work on enhancing both the company’s internal workflows and the processes. - Regularly evaluate the company’s operations and processes to identify and implement improvements. - Work with department managers to enhance collaboration and efficiency across various parts of the company. - Support all SR (IT service request). - Produce and support CR (IT change request). **4. Interactions with**: - Maintain clear and effective communication with both customers, internal teams about relevant processes and projects. - Discuss the organization, processes, working methods, and any challenges or desired improvements with managers and employees. - Engage with team members on issues related to processes or specific projects to ensure smooth operations. - Communicate with colleagues across all departments to ensure follow-up on various tasks and initiatives. **5. Change management**: - Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the region **Job position**: Based in Roissy (Paris Nord 2), he or she will be involved in France, Spain, Portugal, HQ (Belgium) requiring some travels. You report directly to the Regional Manager as N-3 position and interreact with PMO European teams and sales teams mainly.
