We are currently searching for our future **Product Owner with strong specification and UX skills** to help us prepare and manage an aggressive backlog of features for our 2025 roadmap. The key product Orbit Intelligence is an industry leading Saas tool in the Intellectual Property sector allowing thousands of clients to effectively search and analyze global patent data.

As part of our Product team, you will research and determine the clients’ needs to find out which features to include and will come up with new design ideas. You will then continue to act as the primary contact between the development team and other stakeholders. Key projects: integration of AI tools, Automatic classification features, Workflow tools,

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Manage priorities for development sprints
- Bugs and enhancement requested prioritization
- Writing specifications and user stories
- Producing mockups
- Presentation of development proposals to dev team
- Supporting dev team throughout development
- Validating completed development
- Release planning

**The perfect match...**
- Experience as a Product Owner in an agile development team with strong specification and UX skills
- Data analysis mindset to derive valuable insights that enhance user experience (using tools like Grafana, Chameleon & Hotjar)
- Proficiency in Figma ideally (or equivalent design and prototyping tools)
- Fluency in English language & French
- Keen interest in software development (JS, HTML and CSS)
- Strong communication skills to build consensus and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with SCRUM and LEAN processes
- Experience within the Intellectual Property sector would be ideal
