***️As a Senior Data Analyst, you will**:
Be a member of the **Data** team. At papernest, business is the heart of what we do. The team is involved in various projects such as forecast modeling, operation optimization, prospect segmentation, product performance, and much more. You’ll work in close collaboration with the **Strategy & Finance** team. They’re in charge of strategic choices, like the opening of new countries, new vertical, the business plan and the day to day monitoring of our KPIs.
- Define and communicate finance KPIs for board and investor meetings, and evangelize them within operational teams
- Manage a junior analyst (to be recruited) and an intern
- Create tools to help execute the business plan
- Work on short-term and long-term revenue and cost forecasting
- Create a model for forecasting and for tracking bad debt
- Understand operational data and consolidate it for finance reporting
- Develop a tool to evaluate the profitability of different business units
- Collaborate with the strategy team to analyze growth opportunities to help executive decision making
- Build the data pipeline and analytical monitoring when launching new verticals
- Do sales forecasting and forecasting modeling using provisional sales data
- Create a model for monitoring and predicting unpaid debts

**About you**:

- 2+ years of experience in a demanding environment, in a position combining business and analytical skills
- Have attended a top business or engineering school
- **SQL** or **Python** proficiency
- Comfortable with data visualization
- Looking to impact the business, persistent, and skilled in prioritization
- Comfortable using English in a professional environment
- Experience with BigQuery and DBT is a plus
- Past experience with finance and strategy teams is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting is a plus
