Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, nous recherchons en CDI,

un(e) TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER H/F pour le compte d'une PME dans le

secteur de l'e-santé.

ZOOM SUR LES MISSIONS

Votre rôle en tant que Responsable Produit Technique est de piloter

des composants de la plateforme comme la solution la plus évolutive

pour fournir des produits localisés pour les marchés cibles

Définir la vision pour un ou plusieurs composants de la plateforme

;
- Aligner et adapter la stratégie avec le VP Produit ;
- Construire et gérer la feuille de route pour un ou plusieurs

composants des plateformes ;
- Travailler avec les développeurs pour concevoir et lancer de

nouvelles fonctionnalités de base ;
- Rechercher activement les retours des clients et les utiliser

pour améliorer nos plateformes et plans ;
- Soutenir les autres équipes Produit avec des informations et une

expertise sur les composants des plateformes ;
- Identifier les innovations clés pouvant soutenir nos produits ;
- Diriger l'équipe, responsable des pipelines CI, des tests de bout

en bout, des tests A/B ;
- Mener l'initiative FinOps pour gérer les coûts

d'infrastructure.

VOUS ÊTES PARFAITEMENT ADAPTÉ À CE RÔLE SI:

- Vous avez déjà 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits

logiciels ;
- Vous avez une formation technique (idéalement en informatique,

génie logiciel, systèmes d'information) ;
- Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe et de créer un

alignement, sans autorité formelle ;
- Vous connaissez les concepts de mise à l'échelle horizontale, de

résilience native, de microservices, de conteneurs ;
- Vous êtes familier avec l'un des 3 géants techniques du Cloud

AWS, GCP et/ou Azure et son portefeuille ;
- Vous êtes familier avec des sujets tels que les SLA, la

surveillance, les journaux, les API REST, la chaîne CI/CD, etc. ;
- Vous êtes dynamique, curieux et désireux d'apprendre.
- Anglais lu et parlé : Niveau bilingue

RÉMUNÉRATION ENTRE 50-55K
- Bonus annuel sur objectif de 7K, Cadre forfait jour, RTT,

Télétravail hybride, Ticket restaurant, Participation 83% mutuelle

employeur.
