The Senior Product Manager - Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) will be responsible for driving the roadmap, positioning and packaging of the Enablon Governance, Risk & Compliance solution.

In interaction with Clients, Prospects, Partners, Business Users, Pre-sales teams, Professional Services, Product Owners and Engineers, the position will be responsible for maximizing the revenue generated from the product portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:
Product Strategy- Evangelize Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solution, own, manage and be the point of contact for vision and roadmap- Research and analyze market trends and problems within the risk management space- Filter and validate market opportunities by leveraging Enablon’s unique ability to address them- Conduct customer interviews, user groups, partner reviews, prototyping and piloting in order to refine problem definition- Define and size market segments or contribute to research on market size.- Conduct win/loss analysis and competitors detailed analysis- Position GRC Product Portfolio for target market and buyer profiles- Propose strategic product investment to address market and increase profitability while balancing resources and working in collaboration with Product Managers across the platform- Define problems, user personas and articulate use cases.

Software Product Design- Write high-level software requirements for the development team that will be converted into user stories by the product owner- Plan and monitor software deliverables, goals, and milestones to contribute to objectives- Confirm software delivered matches requirements- Manage all timeline changes and issues with stakeholders.

Marketing & Sales Support- Collaborate on creating compelling product marketing collaterals that address market problems, industry trends, common RFP and presales requirements or new technologies- Create relevant launch material for both internal stakeholders (Presales, Services, Sales, Support) and business buyers and users at the customer- Support the Sales and Customer Success channels with market, technical and product expertise e.g. key presales product demos, sandbox trials, customer success and account management reviews, product launch webinars- Attend and speak at in region/virtual conferences and other industry events.

Ability to understand complex problems and leverage existing assets and functionality to solve them.- A passion for customers’ needs, using technology and innovation to meet those needs and driving customer feedback into a product.- Ability to write requirements with natural language simply, clearly, and unambiguously.- Consistently innovate, challenging potential solutions to ensure they deliver the best result for all stakeholders.- Strong oral, written communication skills and business acumen.- Build rapport with senior level stakeholders, buyers and management at the prospect / customer with capability to respectfully challenge ideas and negotiate solutions that address a full market opportunity.

Education/Experience- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Risk preferred. Master’s degree in any of these areas is desirable.- 5-10 years’ experience in B2B enterprise product management (Product Manager or Product Owner) is a must.- Effective written and oral communication skills in English.- Experience of working with risk and compliance teams would be helpful.- Business analysis for software implementations, software development, or other technology environments.- Presales and presentation experience in a software sales environment.
