**_Job description: _**

The Interior Architect will be in charge of managing the showroom. He will work on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production.

The position reports to the Owner and CEO.

The schedule is from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm with one hour lunch time.

The initial salary will be EUR1,800 per month.

**_Core Mandatory Requirements: _**

**1. Qualification**:

- Bachelor Degree in Interior Architecture or equivalent;
- Master Degree in Interior Architecture is a plus.

**2. Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in France and the GCC is a plus.
- Experience in luxury furniture market is also a plus

**3. Professional Knowledge and Skills**:

- Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, Sketch-up, InDesign and other related design software;
- Fluency in Arabic, French and English.

**_4. Mandatory Personality Skills: _**
- Ability to develop, communicate, and present design concepts;
- Strong communication skills;

**_About the Position: _**

**_Key Duties and Responsibilities _** o Meet with client to determine requirements and needs; o Coordinate between all stakeholders; o Design and create solutions (sketches, plans and specifications); o Develop presentations which may include drawings, sketches, renderings, perspectives, color and material boards, photographs or models; o Prepare working drawings and specifications for implementing the design

(including materials, finishes, joinery work and furnishings); o Consider materials, effects and costs, arrange samples and prepare specifications; o Report timescales and progress to the Manager related to design finalization; o Manage showroom orders and display, administrative documents, invoices, service contracts and forward them to the management.
