We’re also well known for our critically acclaimed ENDLESS series, played by millions worldwide, including ENDLESS Space, ENDLESS Legend, Dungeon of the ENDLESS, and ENDLESS Space 2. Our next title will be ENDLESS Dungeon, a squad-based rogue-lite tactical action game.

We’re proud of the way we create games together with our players via Games2Gether, our custom-built community platform that enables our community to play a key role in the creation of our games at every stage of development.

**Description**

We are looking for a Business Planning Analyst (permanent contract) to join our Finance team to work in our G2G team to support the growth of the platform.

Under the supervision of the Finance Director, your main responsibilities will include:
Creation and update of the business plan:

- Realize a revenue forecasting model based on business model assumptions given by the G2G management.
- Produce scenarios in order to help Amplitude make the best choices regarding the business model.
- Update monthly sales projections.
- Realize annual and 5-year sales forecasts.
- Build and update the P&L for G2G globally and by customer.
- Be a proactive business partner for the G2G team on a daily basis and help the team make informed choices.

Budget tracking:

- Create and update the annual budgets and 5-year plan in close collaboration with the G2G teams and the finance team.
- Model the main server costs to help build the business model and calculate the profitability of the platform and customers/projects.
- Track monthly costs, re-forecasts, variance assessment.
- Produce a monthly report to the G2G and studio management (via presentation or dashboard).

Organizational structure:

- Help define how the G2G is set up in our financial systems and in relation to Amplitude Studios (assess reporting needs, impact on bonus system etc.).
- In connection with the General Manager and the Financial Director, be proactive on imagining the evolutions needed to properly track the BU in our financial systems.
- Set up a finance RACI for G2G.

SEGA approval process:

- Responsible for the SEGA budget approval process.
- Ensure that deadlines are communicated and known to Amplitude participants.
- Provide visibility to SEGA stakeholders.
- Create presentation materials.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
- 4 years of experience on a similar or relevant position.

- Fully fluent in English and in French.
- Excellent Office Suite proficiency, especially in Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Attention to details and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and interact with a large variety of profiles (developers, players’ community, artists ).
