Consolidation Manager

Join us as a Consolidation Manager to spearhead the creation of our consolidation department. You'll work closely with Marjorie, our Head of Accounting and consolidation, guiding Qonto through its most critical financial consolidation phase.
**As a Consolidation Specialist at Qonto, you will**:
- Lead the integration of future M&A targets into our consolidation practices, ensuring alignment with IFRS and French GAAP.
- Develop a consolidation handbook, standardizing processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with FP&A and other key departments to support our preparation for the exit.
- Transition consolidation tasks from KPMG in-house, optimizing our financial reporting workflows.
- Lay the groundwork for the future consolidation team, identifying key roles and responsibilities.

**About You**:
- Experience in financial consolidation within a listed company or large family group.
- Proficiency in IFRS & French GAAP, with a solid background in audit and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to build or significantly contribute to a consolidation department.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts in simple terms.
- Proactive and autonomous, with a knack for problem-solving and cross-departmental collaboration.
