We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Travelling Sales Agent to join our team. As a crucial member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients within your designated area. Your primary objective will be to establish and nurture relationships with interior designers and decoration stores, introducing them to our company and showcasing our artisan products during in-person meetings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within the designated area.
- Develop strategic plans and prioritize client visits to maximize efficiency.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients to schedule in-person meetings.
- Present the company and its range of artisan products in a compelling and professional manner.
- Understand client needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior decoration or related industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
