Pour notre filiale iris SASU à Grenoble, nous recherchons actuellement un Technicien Service Terrain (h/f/d).

**Votre impact**
- **Déplacements**: visites régulières chez nos clients du transport public partout en France et, ponctuellement, en Europe de l’Ouest/Sud.
- **Service et installation**: interventions sur nos systèmes : contrôles fonctionnels, maintenance et dépannage.
- **Formation client**: présentations initiales des systèmes et formations produits.
- **Support**: assistance au support technique client.
- **Travail d’équipe**: collaboration étroite avec nos ingénieurs projets.

**Votre profil**
- Formation professionnelle achevée en électrotechnique ou mécatronique et/ou titre de technicien supérieur.
- Solides connaissances PC et réseaux.
- Expérience dans les technologies automobile et vidéo appréciée.
- Sens prononcé du service, aisance relationnelle et plaisir à travailler avec les clients.
- Excellente maîtrise du **français** et de l’**anglais**.
- Fiabilité et autonomie dans le travail.

Vous recevez d’abord un accusé de réception automatique de notre système ; la suite est plus personnelle:

- Retour téléphonique initial de notre responsable RH et prise de rendez‑vous pour un premier échange (en ligne/Teams).
- Premier entretien de 30 minutes avec un responsable RH et un manager opérationnel.
- Visite de notre site à Grenoble pour rencontrer vos futurs collègues (entretien et courte visite).
- Retour final et, le cas échéant, proposition de notre part.
