**Your role**
- We're looking for a Paris based, Capital Introduction Salesperson to become part of the EMEA team:
- manage existing hedge fund client relationships by coordinating Capital Introduction and Consulting relationships, identifying revenue opportunities to grow our book of business. Handle ad-hoc client requests such as creating target lists, organising manager roadshows, and corresponding follow-up
- assist the desk in the client origination process to help grow our portfolio of clients across EMEA
- working closely with the EMEA and Global team on a day-to-day basis to service and cover both domestic and international clients & investors
- cover and originate new investor relationships. The applicant is expected to build a deep network of investor relationships and have the ability to prospect new investor leads. The role will involve writing regional investor summaries and preparing investor trips
- produce value-add content and gather market, hedge fund industry, and investor intelligence to be shared internally and externally
- organise Capital Consulting and Sales events throughout Continental Europe and assist with global events - conferences & forums, investor dinners, roundtables, hedge fund leaders events, etc

- You’ll be joining a market-leading franchise working in the Financing team in Paris, however this role will also be very closely linked to our London business with an expectation to add maximum value to all of our clients. We provide the full range of financing services including Capital Consulting, Financing & ETD Sales, Capital Market Finance, and Client Servicing. You will simultaneously be part of the global Capital Consulting and Financing Sales teams. Within Capital Consulting, you’ll play a vital role of providing guidance and advising our clients on the capital raising process, ensuring we help our clients grow and institutionalise their businesses. You will also be a key part of the client origination process.
**Your expertise**
- ideally 3-5 years of experience within Hedge Funds or Finance
- intellectual curiosity about the hedge fund industry and a passion for following hedge fund market developments and trends
- ability to develop deep relationships with hedge funds and hedge fund investors such as institutions, fund of funds, private banks, and family offices
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt style to audience
- attention to detail ensuring accuracy and punctuality while effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- demonstrate a proactive approach to clients' needs and take initiative to drive projects forward
- highly collaborative with an ability to foster teamwork in a global, highly team-oriented environment; knowledge sharing; and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
- able to manage a high volume workload and prioritise accordingly
- capable of managing and owning projects autonomously, with limited direction
- commercial in your approach to clients and investors
- European language skills would be advantageous
- advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. VBA/Python & other data analytics skills are a plus
- CFA or CAIA designation is an advantage, but not a requirement
