We Love Mômes is a Montessori school with 35 families and 5 teachers located at the heart of Versailles. We are professional, supportive, creative, and our goal is to promote an alternatvie education to children in a respectful environment.

We are currently opening a position for an **English native speaker** with experience with children aged 3-10 years old for our **Wednesday Club and Holiday Camps** during the school year, from September 1st until July 30.

Hours during our Wednesday club is from 8.00AM until 2.00PM, and during our Holiday Camps from 9.00 AM until 5.00PM from Monday through Friday, one week per holidays during the school year, and 2 weeks in July.

**CANDITATE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Set up a program **at the beginning of each year for the two groups of children: beginners and advanced
- **Work cohesively** with the English Teacher Assistant
- **Engage in communication** with children and adults (neighbors, teachers, assistants, interns, parents )
- Actively participate in our **on-going professional development**:

- **Provide supervision** during non-academic times

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- **English**, as the mother tongue preferred
- **Preparation and experience** required in a classroom for 2 years
- Strong **organizational** skills
- **Mindful and empathic approach** to the child mandatory (no punitions, no rewards, no humiliations)

**EMPLOYEE COMPENSATIONS**
- **7 hours per week**: 1 hour of preparation at home, 6 hours on site, from 8.00 AM until 2.00 PM
- Great deal of **autonomy** in running the classroom
- **Support and presence **of the caring team when necessary
