Assistant audioprothésiste CHAGNY (71) H/F

- Audition Santé recherche un(e) Assistant(e) administratif à temps plein (35h semaine), au sein de son laboratoire de correction auditive de **CHAGNY** dans le cadre d'un remplacement. **CDD à pourvoir dès que possible et jusqu'au 31/07/2026.**

Vous assisterez l'audioprothésiste du centre dans ses activités quotidiennes et serez rattaché au Directeur Régional.

Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes:

- Vous réaliserez l'accueil physique et téléphonique de la clientèle majoritairement composée de seniors.
- Afin de valoriser le taux d'occupation de votre centre, vous assurerez l'ensemble des relances téléphoniques, la gestion du fichier clients et organiserez la prise de rendez-vous.
- Vous réaliserez les devis, la facturation des appareils auditifs, la vente des accessoires et produits d'entretien et vous serez également en charge de la gestion des stocks des différents produits proposés à la vente.
- Vous travaillerez avec l'audioprothésiste du laboratoire et bénéficierez d'une certaine autonomie dans l'organisation de votre travail.

**Profil recherché**- Vous avez une formation BAC+2 en secrétariat médical, assistance médico-technique, vente, gestion.- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l’accueil, votre empathie et votre patience.- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et à l’aise avec les outils informatiques.- Une expérience en audioprothèse ou en milieu paramédical serait un plus.
