**ACTIVITES**
- Conseiller le Deputy Project manager de la JV sur les problématiques HSE du projet en accord avec les exigences du CLIENT et les standards VCGP.
- Manager, superviser les équipes HSE engineer et HSE officer de la JV sur l’ensemble du projet, etre le référent HSE entre la JV et le client
- Organiser des inspections sur chantier et chez les sous-traitants pour s’assurer du respect des règles HSE (vessel suitability)
- Organiser des exercices HSE (évacuation incendie, lutte contre le feu, EVASAN, etc) sur site.
- Animer les sessions d’identification et évaluation des risques des procédures opérationnelles du Projet (HAZID, HIRA etc).
- Mettre en place le challenge HSE de la semaine au sein du projet & des programmes de sensibilisation et d’éducation aux bons comportements HSE.
- Etablir des rapports HSE (rapport mensuels) auprès du Deputy project manager de la JV ainsi que l’ensemble des chefs de projet du partenariat.
- Réaliser les enquêtes, analyses profondes et le reporting des accidents & assurer le suivi des actions correctives.
- Vérifier les besoins HSE spécifiques au projet (contrat client, spécifications générales HSE du client, réglementation nationale HSE du pays dans lequel se déroulent les opérations).
- Développer et mettre en œuvre les procédures HSE spécifiques au projet (HSE plan, plan environnement, gestion des risques, audit, plan de formations, procédure HSE opérationnelles, collecte des certificats de conformité )
- Vérifier la certification des équipements et du personnel et coordonner l’organisation dans le cas contraire
- Planifier et conduire les audits de nos sites et nos sous-traitants.

**COMPETENCES ET EXPERIENCE RECQUISES**
- Profil senior, avec de la bouteille, dynamique, rigoureux
- 20 ans Expérience minimum
- Expérience de gros projets en Consortium / Join venture / poste à responsabilité
- Expérience en coordination des actions HSE d'un projet avec partenaire
- Expérience sur nos projets : travaux maritimes, travaux côtiers, chantiers à l'international
- Qui a couvert l’intégralité d’un chantier en HSE incluant la sécurité (prépa en bureau, rédaction des document, visite sur site, audit, présence sur place)
- Certification BOSIET
- Management d’équipe multisite et multi culturel
