**L'entreprise** "** mes Ressources Humaines au quotidien** " (mRHq) propose aux TPE/PME, quel que soit leur secteur d'activité, un accompagnement opérationnel dans la mise en œuvre d'actions concrètes en ressources humaines. Notre ambition est de **(re)placer l'humain au cœur des organisations**. **Description du poste** Little Agency est une agence de création spécialisée en branding et design packaging. Depuis 2005, nous accompagnons les grandes marques internationales de la beauté et du luxe. L’agence est en pleine croissance et se structure. Nous cherchons donc son futur Finance Manager (H/F). Au sein de l’organisation et en lien constant avec les managers, vos missions seront: - Accompagner le développement financier des entités en élaborant et en suivant les budgets; - Accompagner les Dirigeants et les Managing Directors dans la définition de la stratégie et dans sa mise en œuvre (en mettant en place les kpi pertinents) ; - Être force de proposition et en veille ; - Participer à des opérations de croissance externe ; - Mettre en place et/ou vous approprier toutes les tâches relatives à la gestion financière. **Profil recherché** - Vous êtes un professionnel de la finance et êtes tourné vers les métiers? - L’environnement bancaire, le droit fiscalsont des passions pour vous - Vous saurez à la fois définir les règles et vous mettre au service des entités? - Vous êtes très à l’aise en anglais (TOEIC > 850)? alors c’est vous que nous voulons dans l’équipe (et si en plus vous connaissez un peu nos métiers du luxe et de la cosmétique, alors ça sera top) Vous bénéficierez des dispositions individuelles et collectives existantes dans l'entreprise (mutuelle, télétravail...)
