The **Tele-Sales Executive team **makes outgoing calls or cold calls to new and existing partners and end user customers to present Vertiv's products and services offering and current active marketing programs & promotions with a key focus on nurturing non-named account Longtail Resellers
**Key responsibilities**:
- Will deliver prepared sales talks presenting the Vertiv Partner program benefits and support partners with registering in the VIP & VPP programs.
- Will present the company and adjust call scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Communicate with customers to understand their business requirements and needs
- Register by phone customers in the VPP & VIP Programs
- Partner Onboarding: welcome call and walk through the highlights of the partner portal, presenting the trainings, tools processes and resources available
- Record into CRM a summary of most important aspects of the call, customer feedback, pain points on all the interactions with the partners
- Targeted partner call outs such as reactivating dormant partners.
- Generate, pre-qualify and help manage channel sales leads in collaboration with Vertiv partners, ISR team and Vertiv Channel sales.
- Help increase the frequency of purchase of the partners they are nurturing/calling
- Help increase the number of Vertiv product categories sold by the partners they are nurturing/calling
- Obtain consent so that Vertiv and partners can freely contact the prospect
- Maintain accuracy of account and contact info in CRM and using it to better coordinate and track opportunities and tasks within the wider Channel team
- Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
- Maintains a list of potential leads on CRM and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales calls
- Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
- Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
- Segment to recruit them as partners, generate leads and build positive long-term engagement through regular nurturing
- Support with:
- Planning, implementation and analysis of promotions
- By developing an understanding over time of the partner/reseller/ distributor behaviors, likes, dis-likes, trends and competitive channel landscape in their regions.
- EOL and product launch activities
- Invites and following up on webinars
- Gather feedback from the market on our competitors
- Raise follow up issues inside the telemarketing team up to management level
- Be aware of all pricing, promotions, actions, event within the sales team
- Follow up rules, procedures and business ethic of VERTIV
**Requirements:
**Education**:University degree in Sales & Marketing, commercial education or equivalent experience in telemarketing or sales
**Experience:
- Field sales, Inside Sales, tele sales or sales assistant experience
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear message (content and pronunciation)
- Expertise with Customer and/or Partner Relationship Management databases
**French C1 / Native is preferred
