You join the EMEA Aviation Finance team as a VP/Associate reporting directly to the EMEA Head of Aviation Finance. This team is dedicated to managing and developing relationships with customers and prospects in the airline industry, including airlines, aircraft rental companies and other industry players, within Natixis' Aviation Finance franchise in EMEA.

Your day-to-day tasks are:

- Originate, structure, execute and distribute aircraft financing;
- Collaborate with the Aviation Finance team, Local Coverages teams and other bank business lines to strengthen the commercial relationship with customers in the aeronautics sector;
- Take responsibility for execution of transactions, including financial model preparation and legal review;
- Participate in market liquidity analysis and new deal underwriting strategy to ensure the success of the bank’s O2D strategy.

As VP/Associate Aviation Finance EMEA, you are actively involved in the execution of financial transactions in the airline industry, the financial analysis of counterparties and the preparation and presentation of credit files.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

With a higher education, you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in aviation financing (rental company, bank, airline, manufacturer...) and/or in the front office in a structured finance team or asset financing.

You are proficient in:

- Financial and credit analysis;
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously;
You have excellent relationships, strong business appetite and are:

- Recognized for your team spirit and initiative;
- Strong business appetite for results;
- Resilient, able to prioritize and work effectively in demanding situations.

You have a C1 level of English.
