Our clients come from the fashion, luxury, sport, leisure and Personal Protective Equipment markets.

**Post description**
- Manage the lab’s technical support team (2 pers.) to assist and provide technical feedback to customers and operational support to other CTC Dept
- Communicate with management for job organization, client requests and test deadline targets
- Develop the chemical labs’ capacity in Asia by implementing test method development according to CTC groupe's strategy, with the support of either : CTC France or directly from China with the support of local teams
- Supervise chemical and physical method correlation between labs in France and Asia
- Handle partner labs and subcontractors for chemical tests
- Review offers and participate in preparation of tenders, contracts for international and local clients
- Organize chemical seminars/webinars ad hoc for our clients,

**Profile required**

**Skills and requirements**:

- Proficient in English & French is mandatory (writing and oral)
- Master degree, major in analytical chemistry or relevant specialty
- Relevant and similar work experience in analytical laboratory field will be an advantage
- Have good presentation skill and knowledge on either footwear/têxtile/leather technologie
- Honest person with good integrity nature, mature, endurable, responsible, & independent at work
- Have a strong sense of customer service
- Good interpersonal & communication skills and, can work under high pressure
- Strong team work spirit

We are looking for a key person to reinforce our team in chemical lab, to secure our chemical lab operation in a fast growing company where expertise and ethics are core values.

**Working Location**:
Dongguan, Guangdong province

**Reporting to**:
Hierarchically: to CTC Dongguan General Manager
Functionally: to CTC Greater China and Vietnam Executive Director

Net salary: RMB 20,000 / month
Housing allowance: RMB 2,500 / month
Insurance: Health insurance and AIA local premium provident fund, covering medical expenses, medical fees as well as risks related to bodily injury, both in terms of care and loss of salary generated, in the amount of approximately 30,000 RMB per year.
