**About the function**
- As our new Junior Marketing & Communication Coordinator, you will be responsible for conceiving and implementing creative marketing initiatives and personalising corporate marketing templates for the French market.
- You will create engaging content that inspires our target audience and ensure consistent messaging across all communications in the French market.
- You will design visually appealing marketing materials that reinforce our company name.
- You play an active role in organising events and fairs, from concept to execution. In this, you plan and coordinate various events such as conferences, workshops, and networking events.
- You develop localised marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, post materials, presentations, articles, and press releases that inform potential tenants about the unique advantages of our locations.
- You write clear and interesting press releases to inform media and stakeholders about our new build projects.
- You work extensively with our Marketing team in the Netherlands, internal and external partners on marketing and communication projects.

Kadans Science Partner develops and invests in real estate dedicated to life science, focusing on knowledge-intensive companies and institutions on campuses. These include multi-tenant office buildings with vibrant communities, as well as lab spaces, clean rooms, and pilot plants. Because of this growth and expansion, we want to further professionalise, which is why we are looking for a new colleague in the role of Junior Marketing & Communication Coordinator.

Criteria

**What do we ask of you?**
- You hold a relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field of study.
- You have experience in graphic design and are an experienced copywriter. You can write short, catchy texts as well as extensive blogs. You have experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
- You have an excellent command of French and English, both orally and in writing.
- You are a communicatively skilled team player with a customer-oriented attitude. You can convey complex information in a clear and understandable way.
- You are analytically strong, accurate and always deliver high-quality work.
- You are a creative jack-of-all-trades, always looking for new ways to reach our target group.
