Within Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Global Trade aims to support and finance the growth and sustainable development of our clients. In the Treasury Solutions department, you join the Client Services team that strives to maintain a strong proximity with its customers by supporting them in their daily management and offering them high-end cash management solutions.

On a daily basis, your duties include:

- Ensuring the day-to-day customer relationship and administrative assistance in the business relationship;
- Being the entry point for the customer portfolio for which you will be responsible;
- Take charge of the processing of events related to the life of the account, cash investment and liquidity optimization;
- Contribute to the optimization and security of the system;
- Lead risk management and monitoring of sensitive accounts.

With a higher education, you have first experience in commercial functions in the banking sector.

You are familiar with:

You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:

- Organized, rigorous and reliable;
- Able to manage priorities;
- Has a good business sense.

You master English with a minimum B2 level.
