En tant qu’Enterprise Operations Coordinator, vous êtes chargé de faciliter les opérations quotidiennes avec les grands clients commerciaux, avec un accent particulier sur les sociétés de leasing. Vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble du parcours client, du traitement des commandes à la livraison, en passant par la facturation, l'encaissement et le service après-vente. La principale priorité est d'assurer des processus fluides et transparents.

- En collaboration avec le directeur des opérations, vous serez responsable de la définition et de la mise en œuvre des processus et des procédures avec les sociétés de leasing dans tous les domaines ;

What You’ll Bring
- The Role

As an Enterprise Operations Coordinator you are responsible for facilitating day-to-day Operations with large Business customers, with a special focus on Leasing Companies. You will work across the entire customer journey, from order processing to delivery, invoicing, cash collection and after-sales services. The main priority is to ensure smooth and seamless processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing day-to-day operations with large Business customers
- Act as primary point of contact for Leasing Company’s operations teams across Sales, Deliver and Service
- Together with the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the definition and implementation of processes and procedures with leasing companies across all areas;
