You are joining our team, which is looking for a **Corporate Broking & Equity Syndicate Analyst**, for a **6 month** internship from **January 2026**.
Our team has 60 professionals. Our team advises, structures and executes solutions for companies and strategic investors throughout their equity lifecycle from pre-IPO to delisting, integrating equity investments and divestments, equity financing and monetization, convertible bond issuance, equity hedging, employee benefit plan management and cash yield improvement. We also offer a global equity distribution platform through a multi-broker model covering Europe, the Middle East, the Asia-Pacific region and the US.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Preparation of the daily news feed on the French, European and international markets;
**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
BAC +4/5 level student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Finance.
You have experience in sales and negotiations in ECM or in investment banking.
You are passionate about financial markets, particularly equity capital markets.
You are able to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize your activities and work in a dynamic environment.
You have a mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, and previous experience with Bloomberg and VBA is appreciated.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
