Product Responsible

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our Product Team: A Product Responsible for France. You will take on a role with good opportunities for both personal and professional development.

**TOGETHER, WE ARE THE BEST**
As Product Responsible for France you will be placed at the office in Paris, but with a clear nearness to the Product Responsible team in Denmark. You become part of a team of buyers, designers, and pattern designers with one goal: together, we want to create the best products for our customers. You join a team of three Product Responsibles, who are responsible for each their region. We make collections based on trends and with our customers' needs in mind - and this is where you can make a big difference.

**A CENTRAL ROLE BETWEEN DESIGN, BUYING AND SALES**.
You are responsible for ensuring that your market has the right number of products available for each collection - in close collaboration with the design, buying and internal sales team in Denmark.
Your most important task is to be up to date in relation to the development of VILA's products in your market - and to build a close collaboration with those who create value for the business. You are proactive when it comes to making suggestions through the entire process of making our collections until the final presentation. It comes natural to you to share your input and ideas to our buyers and designers daily even though you are not located at the same office.

More specifically, your responsibilities include:

- Ensuring that VILA's collections meet the needs of your market
- Creating and maintaining constructive feedback from your market to the buying and design team
- Staying up to date on the market needs of your market - as well on trends and tendencies
- Ensuring that there is an ongoing development of VILA's best-selling styles and securing the commerciality of the collection
- Presenting collections to your market and salespeople in collaboration with the buying and design team
- Coordinating meetings and joint tasks for the team of Product Responsibles across and towards different departments

**TRAVEL ACTIVITY**
There will be travel activity in relation to salesmeetings and for this role you will travel to Denmark 4-5 days every month.

**A CREATIVE MIND WITH A KEEN EYE FOR SALES**
You are deeply passionate about fashion, trends, and tendencies, and staying up to date on what’s popular in your markets and their needs comes natural to you. You are creative by nature and enjoy coming up with ideas and input for the product development phase. At the same time, you keep an ongoing overview, work in a structured manner, and combine your creative mindset with your analytical flair. In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:

- You have a designer training
- Minimum 3 years of experience from the fashion industry
- Experience from a similar position with a background in sales, buying or product
- Able to work and communicate crossfunctional between France and Denmark
- Power Bi knowledge
- A good understanding of what is good business together with a focus on trends
- Fluent in French and English written and spoken - any additional languages is only a plus.
