**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our global marketing, analytics and operations team. As a specialist, you will play an important role in support our marketing teams in driving campaigns and training others on marketing automation best practices, but also drive and optimize global campaigns. Your role will be key in training and supporting our marketing teams on best practices within our tool, and you will act as a primary spoc for marketing automation questions, with a strong focus on Pardot.

In additional to the above, you will also play a central role in managing/supervising our social media channels with an emphasis on mainly LinkedIn and twitter accounts both paid and organic. The ambition is to support on the scheduling, targeting and ensuring consistency and alignment with our global guidelines and messaging. Your role will also include leading SEO optimization initiatives to improve our online presence and create visibility around our newly launched website.

As part of our global team, you will work closely with colleagues to identify ways to enhance our major platform, streamline processes, and scale operations across business units and regions.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns in Pardot and look for optimisation
- Develop and maintain marketing automation standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization
- Train and educate other marketing teams on marketing automation best practices and Pardot functionality to drive adoption
- Create and manage form handlers and coordination with web developers to ensure leads are reflected correctly in Pardot and SF
- Act as the gatekeeper for our social media channels (editorial agenda) across business units in collaboration with other relevant stakeholders
- Optimize SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic including keyword research, on-page optimization
- Explore new functionalities in Pardot and other marketing automation platforms to improve campaign performance
- Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and digital marketing

**Who Are We Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation
- Experience with Pardot or other marketing automation platforms
- Experience with other tool like Power BI, Brightedge is only a plus
- Proficient in social media management and optimization
- Knowledge of SEO optimization techniques and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
