- Description & RequirementsThe Infor Consulting Services Organization is looking for outstanding Technical Consultants to work onsite with our clients across Infor M3 in France and across Europe.

The Technical Solution Architect ensures solution feasibility and proposes a roadmap to realize the solution utilizing their broad knowledge of the Infor solution portfolio to identify the components required to construct the most appropriate solution for the customer.

The Technical Solution Architect is typically engaged full time as part of the project delivery structure.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Provide technical consultative guidance and assistance directly to users in a professional and organized manner, using detailed technical knowledge in accordance with Infor’s implementation methodology
- Be responsible for the technical configuration of the Infor M3 solutions
- Create Technical Specifications for Infor M3 business rules, business processes, interfaces etc.
- Design and execute the upgrade and migration of Infor M3 software releases with the customer
- Deliver customer-focused technical training in both formal and workshop formats
- Provide consulting leadership through knowledge sharing, mentoring, coaching and skills development
- Collaborate with an off-shore technical team to drive developments and customization
- Key Requirements/Experience _
- Fluent spoken and written French and English, other languages would also be an advantage
- Engineering degree, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and business experience
- Experience of Oracle or SQL Database Server and languages
- Technical knowledge: programming skills Java, Javascript, C# or any other programming language
- Experience of several full project life-cycle implementations as Technical Lead Consultant or Technical Solution Architect
- Experience with web-based technologies and networking concepts
- Strong customer-facing consulting experience
- Reliability and deadline-driven approach
- Strong organizational skills & time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication that can effectively articulate complex ideas
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Highly self-motivated
- Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships
- Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20% -30 %

Additional requirements (Optional):

- Experience working in a Cloud based environment (AWS)
- Conceptual knowledge of OAGi standards, workflow & integration methods & techniques (okay)
- Has applied TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Forum) concepts in a project environment. Able to deploy TOGAF Architecture Development Methods (ADM) - it’s a nice to have, do internal trainings.
