Excelia focuses on **three interdisciplinary research areas**:Sustainable Development and CSR, Tourism Management, and Agility, Innovation, and Digitalization (AID)**.

Since **1999, sustainable development has been a strategic pillar** of both research and teaching at Excelia. The school conducts research with a strong societal impact, particularly through its **CSR-focused research institute, the IRSI (Institute for Societal Responsibility through Innovation)**. The IRSI has established three main objectives**:advancing research in management sciences related to CSR and sustainable development, promoting CSR through organizational support and student education, and contributing to the evolution of societal responsibility frameworks**.

**Required Profile / Qualifications**

Having international experience or a doctoral degree acquired overseas is considered highly beneficial.

A demonstrated ability to implement innovative strategies in course design and instructional methodologies is expected.
