**JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE**

In order to reinforce the IES team in Imerys Group, we are looking for a RCM to manage the purchasing activity in this category.
She / He shall be in charge to manage the purchasing activities for the Strategic CAPEX in Imerys Group for all Business Areas and manage the OEMs as Key Account Manager. Such Strategic CAPEX are currently focused on investments in connection with the production of minerals which are used by our customers for
the manufacturing of electrical batteries (Green Mobility).

JOB SCOPE/DIMENSIONS
- Business trip until 30% of the time, on sites and in suppliers

**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Mains activities in projects:

- Implement the « Purchasing plans » in collaboration with Project Managers and PlantPurchasing Managers (PPMs)
- Implement routines with the project teams to anticipate the future actions and to circulate the information
- Manage the sourcing in collaboration with the technical teams and PPMs
- Participate in the qualification of suppliers
- Launch the tenders that are under her/his responsibility
- Ensure the respect of the purchasing process and rules in Imerys
- Support the Sustainability program of Imerys (Ecovadis registration and CO2 impact)
- Ensure the respect of the deadline of the orders and her/his commitments in projects
- Negotiate contracts
- Monitor savings in the Imerys tool.
- Attend the projects meetings
- Collaborate with the legal department for the contracts preparation and in case of claim.
- Support the technical teams in case of claim.
oKey account for the OEMs:

- Negotiate framework agreements and deployment.
- Be the point of entry in Imerys
- Communicate with the purchasing community on these contracts
oSupport the PPMs (Plants Purchasing Manager)

**JOB SPECIFICATION**

oGeneral engineer with specialization in purchasing
- 8 / 10 years of experience in purchasing CAPEXs and OPEXs in heavy industry or in engineering
- Strong experience in purchases of industrial equipment, engineering contract, work contracts

**Knowledge, skills, Imerys Leadership Behaviors**
Competences and knowledges:

- Strong experience in the negotiation of CAPEX contracts with OEMs and services
oGood experience in the management of EPCM contracts
