Description de la mission
Nous recherchons pour un grand compte (mission longue) un-e**PMO confirmé**pour accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans le suivi de leur plan de charge : gestion du plan de charge de ces équipes, avec le support de l'ensemble des parties prenantes de la DSI, puis pilotage afin d'assurer l'adéquation charges / ressources et de sécuriser les plannings.

**Missions**:

- Comprendre l'environnement et le fonctionnement propres à la DSI
- Analyser les besoins et les contraintes spécifiques de la Direction et de chaque équipe opérationnelle
- Etablir le plan de charge unitaire de chaque équipe, en lien avec les différents départements contributeurs
- Remonter les plans de charges unitaires et les point de blocages au PMO Global DSI
- Participer aux instances de pilotage du plan de charge global de la DSI
- Effectuer le reporting auprès des différentes équipes opérationnelles

**Compétences requises**:

- Bonne culture informatique incluant une bonne connaissance des problématiques du SI de l'entreprise et de ses interactions avec les directions opérationnelles d'un Groupe International.
- Capacité d'écoute et de synthèse pour la compréhension du contexte et l'analyse des besoins.
- Bonne maîtrise de la gestion de projet et du pilotage de portefeuille projets, incluant l'estimation de charges, l'allocation de ressources et la gestion de plannings.

**Livrables**:

- Mise à jour mensuelle des plans de charge
- Reporting des plans de charge mensuels
- CR systématiques des réunions de travail avec les parties prenantes
- Rapport mensuel d'activités pour chaque équipe opérationnelle
