**Contribute to our development**:
Reporting to the D2C Supply Chain Manager,
** **you will be in charge of Support supply chainoperations for D2C Western Europe hub.

**Your main tasks will be**:
The Animation of D2C fulfilments center (FC):

- Follow-up daily on FC SLAs, support resolution of problems
- Plan and animate the weekly reviews with the FCs
- Animate Monthly performance review with FC and D2C team
- Coordinate continuous improvements plan with FC

The Logistic management:

- Execute the process of reverse logistics. Anticipate capability in adequation with D2C growth plan
- Ensure and monitor stock consistency between ERP (3PL and Group SEB)
- Monitor, maintain and correct the interfacing with the FC.
- Manage specifics handling goods : Hazardous / Oversize / Fragiles /

Consumer delivery management:

- Follow-up daily on Carriers SLAs,
- Ensure reconciliation between carriers billing and operations

Project Coordination and animation according to Supply ChainRoadmap and Perform analysis with BI data to scope optimization projects

**Bring your skills**:

- You are graduated with a master’s degree (BAC+4/ BAC+5) in Engineering or business administration
- You have1 or 2 years’ experience (Internship included) in Supply Chain FMCG : E-commerce, warehouse management, Physical distribution with project management
- You have strong analytical skills and IT skills (Excel, BI, SAP, APO). You have an advanced knowledge in supply chain FMCG (inventory management, 3PL or Distribution center management, IT supply chain tools, ERP)
- Curious, proactive, customer oriented and team player, you can work in a start-up mode and coordinate project transversely.
- You are fluent in French and in English

- You will then meet members of the team, the head of D2C Europe and the HR team during a visit to the site.
