Marketing & Communications Specialist

That’s why we’re looking for a **Marketing & Communications Specialist** who enjoys a varied role:

- Externally, you’ll build the branding of **Saphir, Sofyne and SCAL**, mainly through LinkedIn and marketing collateral.
- Internally, you’ll connect with our colleagues at **Saphir** through creative communications and inspiring employer branding.
- In short: you’ll be both our voice to the outside and the connector on the inside. You’ll work closely with our Campaign Manager (strategy & agency coordination) and CMO, while making a hands-on impact yourself._

**What you will do**:
**External communication & marketing support (50%)**
- Manage and plan the LinkedIn channels for **Saphir, Sofyne and SCAL**.
- Write and publish posts in **Dutch, French and English** (approx. 2 posts/week per brand).
- Design smaller visuals in **Canva** (social posts, slides, job banners, light collateral).
- Adapt or create marketing collateral based on partner and internal materials (presentations, flyers, case studies).
- Monitor social media.
- Support event and campaign communication (announcements, highlights, recaps).
- Provide ad hoc support to the CMO (presentations, mailings, press releases).

**Internal communication & employer branding (50%) - Saphir**
- Write and distribute internal newsletters and intranet updates.
- Prepare and support communication for internal events and townhalls.
- Highlight colleagues’ stories and successes (testimonials, project spotlights, photos).
- Collaborate with HR to translate job posts into engaging social content and visuals.
- Create employer branding posts around onboarding, holidays, culture & values.
- Support HR initiatives such as job fairs or internal campaigns (wellbeing, learning, diversity).

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar.
- 3-4 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Fluency in English, French and Dutch is a pre not a necessity (written and spoken).
- Experience with **LinkedIn** in a professional context (B2B is a plus).
- Skilled in **Canva** with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a good sense for tone-of-voice.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR, the Campaign Manager and CMO.
- Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive: you enjoy balancing planning, creating and doing.
