**The Project**:
Build a full-stack B2C health company to improve people's healthspan and lifespan
- Build a network of accessible health centers worldwide for health tests and diagnostics
- Display results and recommendations in an app
- Give access to educational content to guide the user to a healthier lifestyle
- Provide personalized and qualitative supplements based on results
- Build research centers in order to explore frontier diagnostics and medicines to improve lifespan

The Strategy team is a small and top-performing team. Under the supervision of the Head of Strategy, Strategic Project Managers (SPMs) work on strategic projects together or alone such as leading the development of new business opportunities and improving operational efficiency.

All team members enjoy great autonomy in identifying problems, carrying out analysis, designing solutions and implementing them, whilst collaborating with teams across Aura.

**Role**:

- Lead specific strategic projects and manage teams to support the launch and operations of new solutions
- Identify optimization opportunities and jump in business operations to help resolve problems
- Work hand-in-hand with all teams to understand needs and identify opportunities
- Report directly to Head of Strategy & CEO

**Profile**:

- Passion for preventive health and wellness and strong will to disrupt healthcare sector
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning
- Deep systemic thinking
- Strong organizational abilities
- Top Tier Business or Engineering School
- Experience in a top tier consulting firm (Mc Kinsey, Bain, BCG or similar)
- Experience working in a startup or in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Fluent in French and English
