At Voyage Privé, data is at the heart of the digital transformation we are embarking on in 2025. With hundreds of thousands of daily active users and a few thousand new products available each week, data plays a pivotal role in shaping our future.

As a **Lead Data Analyst**, you will be at the center of the company's data strategy. Your expertise will be critical in structuring, analyzing, and interpreting data to guide strategic decision-making. Your scope will encompass all areas of the business (e.g., E-commerce, Transport, etc.), and you will report directly to the Head of Data.

**Your missions**

As a Lead Data Analyst, your role would involve:
**1.Advanced data analysis and vizualisation**
- Scope and lead the creation of advanced analyses to address business challenges and provide actionable recommendations for Product Managers across various domains.
- Collaborate with the BI team to develop interactive dashboards for performance monitoring and to identify areas for improvement.
- ** Strategy and KPI Management**
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of commercial, marketing, and operational activities.
- Lead the weekly A/B Test Committee to oversee ongoing experiments and their outcomes.
- Ensure the consistency and reliability of data used for decision-making processes.
- Organize “War Rooms” when business KPIs are not on target, proposing corrective action plans.

**2. Promoting Data Analytics Culture and Team Management**
- Continuously improve the A/B testing framework and challenge data visualization tools for better insights.
- Mentor the Data Analytics team, providing support as needed.
- Oversee the recruitment process to expand the team in alignment with our 2025 ambitions.
- Manage sprint tracking and lead all associated team rituals, including backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

**3. Driving Success in AI Use Cases**
- Support the Data Science teams in identifying, preparing, and leveraging data essential for AI projects.
- Facilitate the integration of AI models into business processes to maximize their strategic and operational impact.

**4. Interdisciplinary Collaboration**
- Work in close synergy with other data teams (Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Science) to ensure data quality and availability.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Turn product requirements into a technical roadmap for your team.

**Hard Skills**:

- 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a digital company, with confirmed experience in management or leadership and a proven ability to guide and support teams effectively.
- Strong expertise in SQL/NoSQL, with good proficiency in version control tools like GitHub/GitLab. Good experience in Python and data visualization tools (eg: Tableau, Looker,...)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and concepts used for industry-standard methods like AB testing or forecasting.
- Good experience with cloud solutions and associated functionalities (e.g.: GCP, AWS, etc.).
- Fluent in English and French

- Ability to understand a business problem, turn it into an analytics/statistics problem and solve it using adequate methods.
