Your Missions You will join the Group Risk Management & Internal Control department, which is part of the Internal Audit, Risk Management & Internal Control Directorate. This department is responsible for identifying and assessing risks that could affect the Group's objectives. It defines and monitors actions to mitigate risks and implements and tests key controls in operational processes to cover critical risks. What Will You Do? Support the team in creating risk maps (Identification & Evaluation based on interviews and incident analysis). Integrate "Risk" data into IRIS (new risk management system). Assist in strengthening the internal control system at the Group level - onboard new business correspondents, deploy Group methodology. Participate in Internal Control missions - Structure, define, and formalize internal control procedures and frameworks; implement and test key controls. Structure data from historical Internal Control missions to consolidate it into a new tool. What Are We Looking For? You have a higher education qualification, such as a Master's degree in internal control or risk management, or a certification like “Certified Internal Audit”. You have knowledge of the 3 lines of defense. You have knowledge of the basics of Risk Management (residual risk, severity, probability, etc.) and Internal Control (COSO, control frameworks, etc.). You are bilingual in English, capable of reading, writing, and communicating with English-speaking colleagues. You have analytical and synthesis skills and can demonstrate discretion. You are autonomous and rigorous. You have a team spirit, good interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills.
