**Analyst, Business Systems, Mobile Response Team in Europe, Paris (Le Bourget), France**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop business cases and development projects for the expansion of the European Mobile Response Team; present and obtain approval of projects.
- Lead and manage expansion projects of the European Mobile Response Team, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (legal, finance, HR, operations, partners, sub-contractors, etc.), while managing budget and calendar.
- Participate in various projects leading to improve business processes and financial results of the team.
- Prepare updates and presentations for internal governance or customers.
- Support management in various tasks and initiatives, to improve team’s efficiency.
- Support Quality team in procedures to maintain and develop the Part 145 approval of Bombardier Aerospace France.
- Support line station members with administrative fields, such as timesheets, equipment purchase, etc. or any other issue that may arise.
- Act as program administrator for corporate credit cards in countries of team members.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis requirements as needed.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have a university degree in finance, in management, in business administration or another related field; a master’s in finance, in management, in project management or an MBA is an asset.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management, governance, analysis, or a related discipline.
- You have 5 years of experience in the business aviation industry.
- You have good financial and analytical skills, including financial modeling.
- You are detail-oriented, focused, rigorous and committed to meeting deadlines.
- You work independently while being a team player and are results-oriented.
- You have advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment.
- You have a high proficiency and are a good communicator in French and English (written and spoken).
