Pharmacovigilance Systems & BI Project Lead

**Join Our Team**: Become a key member of our Global Safety Process & Tools team, a dynamic and collaborative group dedicated to enhancing global safety through innovative projects and continuous improvement. Work with passionate professionals committed to regulatory excellence and impactful solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage Global Safety system projects.
- Develop data analyses, reports, and KPIs.
- Ensure system validation and compliance.

**Activities**:

- Oversee GS System upgrades and change management.
- Create and maintain data dashboards (Business Object, Argus).
- Manage incidents and train users.
- Support validation and tool development with QA.

**Profile**:

- Degree in Science or Informatics.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical project management and business intelligence.
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and IT tools.
- Fluent in English; experience with analytical/reporting software (Tableau, OBIEE).
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
