Basée à Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble et Bruxelles, Insitoo Freelances est une société du groupe Insitoo, spécialisée dans le placement et le sourcing des Freelances IT et Métier. Depuis 2007, Insitoo Freelances a su s’imposer comme une référence en matière de freelancing par son expertise dans l’IT et ses valeurs de transparence et de proximité. Actuellement, afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous recherchons un Product Manager (H/F) à Lyon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France.

Fonctionnement : sur site à Lyon + Télétravail

Les missions attendues par le Product Manager (H/F) sont:
ACTIVITÉS
- Animation des ateliers métier
- Participation aux décisions de fond quant à l’orientation du projet
- Animation de l’équipe de fonctionnels (avancée des chantiers, suivi des jalons, partage de bonnes pratiques)
- Définition de la roadmap technique et fonctionnelle du produit

COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES
- Background technique (développement, sourcing, versionning, architecture complexe) : bonne compréhension de SQL, lecture de logs, compréhension de l’architecture d’un projet complexe
- Maîtrise du langage SQL et des bases de données
- Maîtrise d’un outil de gestion de backlog produit (Jira)

COMPÉTENCES HUMAINES
- Expérience significative d’animation d’équipe dans un projet en méthodologie Agile
- Expérience significative de PO ou de PM dans un environnement complexe
- Excellent relationnel (avec l’équipe mais aussi avec les différents parties prenantes)
- Excellente capacité d’analyse et de synthèse (adaptée aux interlocuteurs)
- Prise de recul, analyse et résolution de situations complexes
- Être autonome et proactif

Compétences techniques et fonctionnelles attendues:

- Agile - Confirmé - Souhaitable
- PO - PM - Confirmé - Souhaitable
